K-Pop: Demon Hunters was released onto Netflix just last month on the 20th of June (as shown on the poster here) and overall, I had pretty low expectations, but I decided to give it a shot anyways, and I'm going to be very honest, I was very pleasantly surprised! Even as someone who isn't big on K-pop, I still found this film very enjoyable, and really liked the humour and how the plotline progressed. What mainly threw me off was the very on-the-nose title, and I held off on it until I saw the good reception it got, which had me thinking maybe my expectations were set too low, so I decided to watch the film just yesterday, just shy of a month after the release, and dare I say, was actually a great movie! And honestly, I'd be lying if I said Golden wasn't a banger on its own too. The 3 crying guys though... there's something I can't shake off about em...
